Every bar in this library begins as a cacao pod in the Huallaga Valley of Peru, tended by farmers we have known by name since 2008. Our partners at the Acopagro cooperative grow heirloom varietals on regenerative land; we stone-grind them, slowly, in Richmond, California — an employee-owned, Certified Climate Neutral workshop run by people who, like you, simply love chocolate. There is no rush here, and no compromise. Choose softly.
