We work hard to ensure your chocolate order is shipped in a timely manner from our facility, but mail carriers are experiencing high demand and shipments might take longer to arrive than expected. At this time, we cannot offer refunds due to delayed delivery. If you don’t receive your package or something arrives damaged, please contact us.**
Shipping chocolate can be challenging during warmer weather, and we here at Coracao & CACOCO do our best to package everything with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery.
Please take a minute to familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before placing your order.
All orders will take between 1-5 business days to process within our facility before being shipped. If you need an order to arrive by a certain date, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST. We don't process or ship orders over the weekend.
Delivery Times for Businesses & Residences
USPS and UPS are our preferred and most reliable shipping vendors.
Deliveries are made to commercial locations Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available for businesses only if specified (where available, additional charges apply). Deliveries to businesses occur between 9 am and 5 pm.
Deliveries are made to residential locations Monday-Saturday, and deliveries to residences occur between 9 am and 8 pm.
Note: Our shipping vendors may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy
Our main goal is to make sure that your products arrive unmelted and in the best possible condition. During warmer months, priority shipping will be the required shipping option, and we will aim to only ship out of state orders Monday-Wednesday, at our discretion, to ensure your chocolate doesn’t sit in a hot delivery truck or warehouse over a weekend.
If you are ordering to a warmer location, we request that you please do your best to have someone home to receive the package directly to avoid prolonged time in outside heat.
Note: When shipping to areas with high temperatures that are 90 degrees Fahrenheit and above, we will use priority shipping and package with insulation and ice pack(s), however the customer will absorb the risk of melted chocolates.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain order tracking information. If you do not receive an email within 5 business days after placing your order, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
