We make our signature 81% dark chocolate with just four super fresh, high quality, and nutrient dense ingredients: organic, Fair Trade cacao beans; organic, low glycemic coconut sugar; sun cured, wild-crafted Balinese vanilla beans; and mineral rich Himalayan crystal salt. Cacao is bursting with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and “happy brain” chemicals.
