Why is shipping so expensive?
We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00!!!*
Shipping is calculated based on estimated weight of the final package - this includes product, packaging supplies like paper and boxes, as well as the weight of ice packs and thermal wraps we use in warmer months to keep your chocolate from melting.
If it’s very warm, we suggest upgrading to expedited shipping (USPS Priority or FedEx Express) to ensure that your package arrives safely.
*This includes purchases made with gift cards. It does not include the purchase of gift cards.
What are the shelf lives? How do I keep my chocolate fresh?
Because all of our confections are preservative free, the shelf lives vary from two months to six months, depending on the product. It’s best to store them in a cool and dry place with an ideal temperature of 65 degrees F. They can also be stored in the refrigerator or freezer and will last longer, however, all chocolates absorb moisture and flavor so make sure it’s in an air-tight container or bag.
Why can’t I find something on your website?
If something is out of stock, it may have been seasonal and no longer available, or it may be that we’re in the process of making more.. Call, email, or live chat if you have any questions or need help placing an order.
Where are you located?
While we don’t have a retail store front, you can find our booth at the Berkeley and Marin Farmers’ Markets every week, or check out our “RETAIL LOCATIONS” tab above to see if we see at a sore near you!
How long will it take to ship my order?
We do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days. However, extenuating circumstances can arise. If you need your package by a certain day, please let us know in the notes section during checkout.
What is the return policy my order?
It is our mission to make sure orders arrive in pristine condition. Sometimes FedEx and USPS can be well... less gentle than we would like. Returns and exchanges are guaranteed in the event your order arrives damaged. Please email or call us within the 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to provide either an exchange or refund. Return and Exchange requests outside of 7 days of the delivery date can not be fulfilled. Refunded amounts will appear back in your account within 7 business days.
Emailed pictures are appreciated as they help us determine weather or we should ship via a different carrier or with more heat precautions.
Is everything vegan?
Yes, all of our chocolate is vegan! It’s also peanut free, soy free, and so so yummy!
Why are my truffles different sizes?
We aim to be consistent, however, truffles are all made by hand and they can vary in size, but we do ensure everything falls into an acceptable size range while packaging.
