7/5/09 Farmers Market Success!
We are going strong in two farmers markets now- Fairfax and Mill Valley. We are currently working on getting into more markets around the bay area so
keep your eyes peeled for us at a market near you. Thanks to Marin County for loving our chocolate so much! Here are some market pictures of our favorite
customers- the kids!
5/6/09 Our First Farmer's Market!
We participated in our first Farmer's Market today in Fairfax, CA.
This is a really great market with different musical acts every week and is loads of fun for the kids! The location is in a beautiful little
corner-park filled with redwood trees. Here we have our entire array of confections out, including all the new stuff we create on a regular basis and some
fantastic Farmers-Market-only buys! It's thrilling to finally be able to sell our chocolates directly to the people, and especially to all the little kids!
Thank you to the lovely town of Fairfax for making our first Farmer's Market venture a complete success!

1/23/09 Coracao comes to Potrero Hill and Mill Valley Whole Foods Markets!
Coracao chocolates are now at the Mill Valley and Potrero Hill locations, making them available at a total of 7
Whole Foods Markets in the Bay Area! Visit our custom candy case in the bakery department, or maybe catch the two of us
at your neighborhood Whole Foods Market where we will be offering sampling demos throughout the month of February.
Coracao Confections donated chocolates for the launch party of the new nonprofit, Bay Area Allergy Advisory Board (BAAAB), at SF's latest hot spot, Le Club, last month. A selection of our nut-free decadent confections were enjoyed at the party for this new organization which promotes awareness of food allergies. 12/23/08 The chocolates hit Berkeley and Oakland Whole Foods Markets!
We are so excited to finally offer our chocolates at these East Bay locations. Look for the Coracao candy case in the bakery
department of the Berkeley location. In Oakland, the chocolates are on the top shelf of the chocolate case in the bakery
department.
12/12/08 Coracao now in San Rafael & SF (Franklin/California) Whole Foods Markets
Operation “Let them eat chocolate” begins! Our beautiful Coracao candy cases hit the San Rafael and Franklin/California
locations Dec. 12th. Look for the case in the bakery department.

11/5/08 Roseville Whole Foods Grand Opening
Coracao Confections debut in Whole Foods Market at their brand new, gorgeous location in Roseville, CA (near Sacramento).
The chocolates are on the top shelf of their chocolate case in the bakery department. We were honored to be a part of the celebration,
and joined in the festivities by handing out hundreds of chocolates.
Whole Foods also included us in the inauguration
ceremony and presented us with a huge oversized check for 20K! We are part of their Local Producer Loan Program and are
thrilled to announce that we are the 1st start-up company they have ever loaned money to!

9/25/08 Our Kaffir Lime Caramel Tower Debut at Saks Fifth Avenue
Coracao Confections debuted a refreshing take on our Caramel Tower at the Jo Malone Beauty event at Saks Fifth Avenue last month.
To compliment the unveiling of the fragrance company's Sweet Lime and Cedar cologne, we created a caramel delight bursting with
kaffir lime and enrobed in dark chocolate. It was a multi-sense sensation!
8/22-24/08 Backstage at the San Francisco Outside Lands Festival
Coracao Confections kept the likes of Radiohead, Manu Chao, Cake, Devendra Banhart, and Wilco energized and satiated backstage at
San Francisco's three-day outdoor music festival. We had the good fortune of being invited by Whole Foods Market to share our creations with these, and
and many other, inspiring musical artists.
